Job Description
ASU’s English as a Second Language division known as Global Launch (see https://learnenglish.asu.edu/) is currently looking for a highly qualified graduate or undergraduate student to serve as the assistant to the Program Activities Coordinator.
Work hours will be 10-20 hours per week.
Business hours are Mon - Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Work is in-person and occasionally remote (via Zoom) for special events, touch-point meetings etc.
Must be able to work occasional evenings and weekends.
Regular duties include various tasks related to providing excellent customer service to all students, faculty, and staff as well as providing administrative assistance to the coordinator in all aspects of program development and implementation. The duties of this job additionally require availability to help with events as needed.

This position also requires confidentiality of student records and the handling of sensitive information. Professionalism and reliability are essential, as well as comfort interacting within a multi-cultural environment.
