Tuition and fees

The Global Launch Campus Immersion English Language Program is offered in 8-week sessions at a time. 

The information below reflects all costs for new students attending one 8-week session:

Information about refunds, deferrals, and payment policies is available through Global Launch and ASU. Students should review these policies before paying tuition to understand deadlines and eligibility.

Remember to budget for these other additional costs that students encounter during their program:

  • Estimated $250 for textbooks.
  • The cost of housing and meals can vary depending on the accommodation. For more details, see housing and meal plan options.
  • Students are responsible for providing their own technology for class (i.e.. laptop, internet access).

Pay tuition and fees

Students are responsible for:

  • All charges on their ASU student account.
  • Checking their account and ensuring payment is made by the due date.
  • For more detailed tuition fee deadline information by session, refer to the University Registrar Services Academic Calendar.
     

For any unpaid charges, ASU will add late payment fees each month until paid in full. Students with past-due tuition charges are not eligible to register for the next semester and may be expelled from the program. Expelled F-1 students may have their SEVIS record terminated and lose F-1 status.
